Longmont Apartments

This expansive community is located in the beautiful Denver suburb of Longmont, Colorado. As part of the Colorado low-income housing initiative to provide quality and affordable housing this master-planned development provided 114 units of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms at below market rates.

Several community design charrettes and public meetings were held with the aid of City planning officials to discuss the design of the structures, tenant amenities as well as those provided to the greater community, development impact on local schools, and traffic congestion. Through creative solutions to stakeholder concerns and challenges the Longmont Apartments meets the demand for affordable housing in the Denver area.
