Holladay Village Square

Holladay Village Square is a seminal mixed-use development located in the heart of Holladay, Utah. There were many challenges to ensure the success of the project. A variety of stakeholders were concerned that the oddly shaped and small site would pose insurmountable obstacles that would render the site unusable. High density, required number of parking stalls, sloped topography, budget constraints, surrounding neighborhood, and “Main Street” context were all requirements that influenced the design.

The resulting mixed-use development features beautiful variegated facade buildings with defined tenant bays. Restaurant and retail populate the ground level while medical and commercial offices occupy the second floor. Tenants and patrons access a two-level parking garage at the main level with a subterranean level that daylights to overflow surface parking.
